Gihosoft TubeGet has been one of the top paid download programs on the market for Mac users. Users love the ease of use, the simplicity, and the fact that it's always free. I was very interested in downloading Gihosoft TubeGet so I decided to give it a try for myself and review it here. The first thing I noticed about this software was how it was designed to automatically save all videos into your hard drive. I was a little bit hesitant at first about not wanting to spend money on this, but the great features really convinced me that this application is worth spending money on.
Gihosoft TubeGet for Mac basically functions exactly like the software comes with: you simply need to drag and drop videos into the application, follow the on-screen instructions, and then save the files. It also allows users to download multiple videos at once, and then play them from your Mac computer or YouTube television player. I was impressed with the fact that it allowed me to download multiple videos without waiting for the download process to finish. This software made it easy for me to quickly find and watch my favorite videos without any hassle.
One of the only pro's of this software that I can think of off the top of my head is that Gihosoft only supports a couple of common file formats, which are Mp3 and AIFF. These two formats aren't as popular as they used to be (due to the fact that AIFF and MP3 players have become obsolete), but this is to be expected. I would advise Gihosoft to add support for other formats if they want to gain more popularity. Another con is the fact that this software is only available on the Mac computer platform, which is not a huge issue if you only use Mac computers. Overall, TubeGet for Mac is a nice download that provides a simple solution for people who aren't tech savvy enough to be able to create and manage their own video streams.
